Over 700 properties surround Lake Sherwood and are organized into twenty-six Lake Sherwood Subdivisions. Each Subdivision is represented by a Director on the Lake Sherwood Property Owners Association Board of Directors.

​​2027 LSPOA Board of Directors Elections

Voting is now open until October 1, 2026, for the 2027 LSPOA Board of Directors. One vote is allowed for each Lake Sherwood lot for which your LSPOA 2026 membership dues have been paid (regardless of the number of owners), and vote only for the subdivision(s) in which your lot(s) is located. Write-ins are encouraged. Please mark your selected candidate or write in a candidate in the space provided. If you write in someone other than yourself, please obtain the individual’s permission and provide the individual’s telephone number or email.

The LSPOA Committees are special interest groups that assist with specific functions and events for the LSPOA, including members and property owners, and the community. You do not need to be a Board Director to be part of a committee, we are always looking for interested people to join in! If you have an interest in joining a committee or just want to know more about what a specific committee does, contact the committee chairperson or any member of the committee for more information.

LSPOA Board of Director meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM at the Lake Sherwood Lodge and via Zoom. Lake Sherwood property owners are welcome and encouraged to participate in these meetings. A typical agenda includes:
