Over 700 properties surround Lake Sherwood and are organized into twenty-six Lake Sherwood Subdivisions. Each Subdivision is represented by a Director on the Lake Sherwood Property Owners Association Board of Directors.

​​2025 LSPOA Board of Directors Election

​

Voting in the 2026 LSPOA Board of Directors Election is now open to lot owners who have paid their 2025 LSPOA dues (Member Lot Owners). Votes may be cast using a printed 2026 LSPOA Board of Directors Election Ballot or online using the links below. One vote is allowed for each Lake Sherwood lot for which LSPOA 2025 membership dues have been paid (Member Lots) , regardless of the number of Member Lot Owners.

 

Ballots must be received by August 20, 2025, to be counted. Election results will be announced at the August 23, 2025, General Membership Meeting. 2026 Directors take office on January 1, 2026.
