Over 700 properties surround Lake Sherwood and are organized into twenty-six Lake Sherwood Subdivisions. Each Subdivision is represented by a Director on the Lake Sherwood Property Owners Association Board of Directors.

Voting for the 2026 LSPOA Board of Directors is complete, and results were announced at the August 23, 2025, General 

Membership meeting. The 2026 Directors will take office in January 2026.

LSPOA Committees

The LSPOA Committees are special interest groups that assist with specific functions and events for the LSPOA, including members and property owners, and the community. You do not need to be a Board Director to be part of a committee, we are always looking for interested people to join in! If you have an interest in joining a committee or just want to know more about what a specific committee does, contact the committee chairperson or any member of the committee for more information.
